“ Its the first truly fall feeling brisk evening so I was craving the Panera staple ....tomato soupMac and cheese combo with a mini baguette on the side. Its exactly what I needed tonight! Honestly though, it was prepared and served to me by the charming Destiny. Nothing warmed me as much as her delightful smile, and gracious way about her. I was in service a very long time, at some of the chicest restaurants and trendiest night clubs in nyc. I worked with some of the best servers in the business but none had anything on ms destiny. Just a genuine personality that made me feel welcomed as if this was her home ... I will come back for that vibe 100 thanks destiny I hope the Panera family values you. Everything was delicious ”

“ I ordered delivery on their app which then goes to either Grubhub or DoorDash. When my food arrived the woman apologized because she dropped both of my drinks. 1 medium 1 large. When I called the store the manager answered and when I explained to him what happened.. he took it upon himself to deliver my drinks. When he arrived he gave me 2 large drinks and a free cookie. I am very thankful for the amazing service. Feeling a bit sick and had 2 hungry children at home. Usually I dont write reviews, but I think this manager deserves it! ”
